Genre - This magazine is based on the same genre that my magazine is based on, this magazine is based on the genre 'hip hop'. I know this because of the text that has been used and also the colour scheme that is being used. I also know this because 'Kanye West' sings this type of genre and this is a good choice.
Target audience - The target audience of this magazine is the also the same as my magazine as it is the same genre. People like students at college or university will read this magazine as this is the type of music that they mainly listen to.
Layout - The layout of the magazine is very well done, the 'V' in the background represents the magazine that it is in. The magazine has a mid-shot of Kanye West stood on the left side of the page and on the other side of the page in a column is information about what's in the magazine.
Representation - The representation of this magazine shows what genre that the magazine is. Also Kanye West facial expressions show the seriousness and how arrogant he looks. The clothes that he is wearing also represents the genre of music that it is.
Media Language - The only image on the page is a mid-shot of Kanye West as we can also see from the waist upwards.
